God Bless the FBI; Hillary Investigation
We never thought we would ever say that, but in this instance we say good on them. Stand your ground and don’t let yourselves be manipulated. There is an indictment going on, you know that.
The British have a saying: ‘All talk and no trousers’. It means that some-one can talk a good game, but they have no substance or rather they don’t have the balls to carry through their big talk. We do not think the Feds are like that. We do think Hitlery Clinton is exactly like that though.
‘DeLay told The Steve Malzberg Show on Monday the FBI is ready to indict the former Secretary of State on criminal charges related to 1,300 classified documents stored on a private email server.
“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public,” the Texas Republican told the radio host.’
Something really serious must have happened to make the Feds come out with this. I mean, they are spooks, aren’t they? They are supposed to go about their business quietly, in the shadows, unobtrusively. It doesn’t sound like them to issue ultimatums, especially like this, does it? What could have happened to cause this really big situation? Let’s look at the timeline of events that have led the FBI to take a stand:
Hillary Clinton deleted all email from personal server
“Secretary Clinton unilaterally decided to wipe her server clean and permanently delete all emails from her personal server,” Gowdy said in a statement.
Gowdy had also asked that Clinton turn over her server to the State Department inspector general for an independent review. Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, said no. In his letter to Gowdy, Kendall said the former secretary of state “chose not to keep her non-record personal emails.”
In December, Clinton turned over 55,000 pages of emails to the State Department. Clinton has asked that those roughly 30,000 emails be released to the public. State Department officials have said they will release them after they have been reviewed.
“Representatives of Secretary Clinton’s office have been in touch with the committee and the State Department to make clear that she would like her emails made public as soon as possible and that she’s ready and willing to come and appear herself for a hearing open to the American public,” Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said in an email.
Gowdy said it wasn’t clear when Clinton erased the server, but it appears to have been wiped after October 2014, when the State Department asked Clinton to return her official emails to the department.
So, after Hitlery was asked to return her official emails to the State Department, her server was conveniently wiped. But it didn’t end there. The question, quite rightly was asked: Why did she delete over 30,000 emails?
Why did Hillary Clinton delete about 30,000 emails?
‘Even if all the emails that were erased were indeed personal, the deletion of those messages could have implications for potential investigations into Clinton’s communications.
Clinton’s emails have been the subject of a growing controversy since a New York Times article published last week revealed she exclusively used a private address on the domain “clintonemail.com” when she led the State Department from 2009 through early 2013. The Times suggested this may have been a violation of federal record keeping regulations.
The former secretary of state and her team have said her use of personal email for official business went above and beyond regulatory requirements. At the news conference Tuesday, Clinton said she and her team engaged in a “thorough process” to identify all work-related emails and turn them over to the State Department.
A controversy arose in March 2015, when it became publicly known that Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used her family’s private email server for her official email communications while United States Secretary of State, rather than utilizing official State Department email accounts maintained on Federal government servers.’
Is it just me, or does this sound very bland? It all seems to lack the passion required when one discovers a betrayal like this. Imagine if you discovered a loved one had been reading your personal emails, yes that is the kind of emotion we would have expected. It reads like it’s all just a misunderstanding and everything is actually okay. Well it seemed like Obama thought the same at the time and my, how that has backfired:
President Obama on Hillary Clinton Email Scandal: “Mistake” but “Not That Big a Deal”
Per a report from The New York Times, Obama’s interview with CBS correspondent Steve Kroft appeared to downplay the amount of threat that was actually brought about by Clinton’s email “scandal.”
The President claimed that Clinton’s email “is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”
Obama’s comments about Hillary Clinton’s email left ‘a foul taste in the FBI’s mouth’
“Injecting politics into what is supposed to be a fact-finding inquiry leaves a foul taste in the F.B.I.’s mouth and makes them fear that no matter what they find, the Justice Department will take the president’s signal and not bring a case,” Ron Hosko, a former senior FBI official who retired in 2014, told The New York Times in a story published Friday.
Hosko added that it was inappropriate for the president to “suggest what side of the investigation he is on” during an ongoing investigation.
It seemed that, whilst Obozo and Hitlery were quick to downplay the deliberate attempt to cover up corruption, another department were looking at the bigger picture:
Report: FBI Escalates ‘Full Blown Investigation’ Into Hillary’s Unsecure Email Server
Even as Hillary Clinton tries to put questions about her private email server behind her, the FBI has stepped up inquiries into the security of the former Secretary of State’s home-made email system, and how aides communicated over email, POLITICO has learned. The FBI’s recent moves suggest that its inquiry could have evolved from the preliminary fact-finding stage that the agency launches when it receives a credible referral, according to former FBI and DOJ officials interviewed by POLITICO.
Again, good on the Feds. Like the majority of people around the world, they clearly don’t believe the ‘deleted’ emails were about nothing more than a wedding, or notes about lunch. Were they able to retrieve the deleted emails?
The most intriguing thing about the FBI recovering Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails
The FBI has been able to recover deleted emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s personal server, a source close to the investigation told Bloomberg.
And intriguingly, agents sifting through the emails Clinton said were “personal” in nature have reportedly handed some over to investigators — indicating that they are relevant in at least some way to the FBI’s ongoing investigation.
“Once the emails have been extracted, a group of agents has been separating personal correspondence and passing along work-related messages to agents leading the investigation,” Bloomberg reported.
It appears that yes, yes they were. That is because they are not made up of morons who think just clearing out your trashcan removes all traces of your work. We imagine that Hitlery was a little concerned about this turn of events. How did she respond?
‘The book, “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary,” says the former first lady was furious at what she believed were damaging leaks by Obama aides that led to investigations of her use of a private email server as secretary of state. So she went right to the top to settle the matter.
Clinton requested a meeting with Obama, against the advice of hubby Bill Clinton, believing “she was being persecuted for minor, meaningless violations,” author Edward Klein writes.’
Well, that’s a bit harsh. What right does Hitlery have to tell the President of the United States what to do? Well, apparently her emails give her the right. It is alleged that Hilary threatened to go public over such issues as Obama’s real birth certificate, IF he didn’t stand down the FBI.
Obama is alleged to have replied:
“There is nothing I can do for you one way or another. Things have been set in motion, and I can’t and won’t interfere. Your problems are, frankly, of your own making. If you had been honest . . .”
Honest? That’s a good one. Anyway, is he right? Why couldn’t he interfere in the investigation?:
Obama not briefed on FBI’s Clinton probe
President Obama does not receive briefings about the FBI’s investigation into the personal email setup Hillary Clinton used as secretary of State, bureau Director James Comey said on Wednesday.
As a result, Obama should have no way of knowing how the inquiry is proceeding, Comey told the Senate Judiciary Committee, despite the president’s apparent dismissal of concerns about impropriety.
The FBI’s examination of Clinton’s server, which held her private email account and has drawn intense criticism from Republicans and transparency advocates, has put the FBI in a tight spot.
He can’t interfere, because nobody is telling him what is going on. We like that. We like that there is a Government Department that is immune to the corruption of the Elite puppets. We especially like that the FBI are not allowing themselves to be cajoled, threatened, derailed, sidetracked or distracted in this. Like a dog with a big juicy bone. Good dog!
Can the FBI bring about an indictment? If not, then what is the point of this investigation?:
Giuliani: AG Lynch Will Indict Hillary if the FBI Recommends Charges
Giuliani said, “It hurts our criminal justice system. Probably means should a Republican get elected you’ll have the Department of Justice put under investigation … These are serious things. If she didn’t do it, then the FBI report would clearly indicate that — if she did, I frankly, I know Loretta Lynch. I believe if the FBI recommends prosecution — I believe Attorney General Lynch will indict.”
What happens if AG Lynch does not indict Hitlery Clinton?:
Where is all this supposed to lead and where will it actually end up?:
DeLay: FBI ‘Ready to Indict’ Hillary
The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn’t followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency’s investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.
“I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they’re ready to indict,” DeLay said Monday on “The Steve Malzberg Sho
