New Year, New Laws

Happy New Year!

Some of you might find 2017 a bit more difficult to get through without some sort of prosecution though to be fair. And that is no surprise as the US has introduced hundreds of new laws, which all come into effect today. That’s nice, isn’t it?

So, we thought we would help you out and let you know the ones that matter to you. Many of the new laws are pretty good, like raising the minimum wage in 20 States, recycling and an animal abuse registry in Tennessee.

Of course, Lamestream media are only telling you about the laws that make you happy. They are not telling you about the ones designed to make your life miserable and why would they? Happy New Year. Some of these new laws do have us scratching our heads though. Let’s have a look at those:

NEW YORK

Effective March 2017 – It is now law to tell relatives when an inmate has died and how they died.
Question: Why do you need a law to tell you to do that? Why isn’t that standard procedure already?

Effective March 2017 – Non English-speaking inmates to be provided with a translator during hearings.
Question: Why isn’t this already happening? Just in case you didn’t know, many other countries have been doing this for years. It’s standard practice.

ILLINOIS

Effective January 2017 – Hairstylists are to be trained to identify domestic abuse. They are not required to report it.
Question: So what is the point?

Effective 2017 – You are now permitted to register your birthday as your vehicles registration expiry date.
Question: WTF?

Effective 2017 – You are now required BY LAW to move out-of-the-way of a disabled driver who has broken down on the highway.

Question: What were you doing before that made this a law?

Retail outlets are NOT permitted to sell bath salts. The fine for doing so is $150.

Question: Are bath salts big in the crime world?

You are now permitted to use a pitchfork, bow and arrow and a spear gun to catch catfish.

Question: Please tell the world pitchfork fishing is actually a sport?

OREGAN

Sky Lanterns are now illegal.

Paid sick leave is now permitted.

Domestic workers are now ENTITLED to periods of rest.

Domestic Abusers are NOT permitted hand guns.

Criminal Impersonation is now a crime.

Prosecution of first degree sex crimes is now authorized only after commission of the crime and if the prosecuting attorney has evidence of that crime.

CALIFORNIA

Powdered alcohol is now illegal.

Sexually assaulting an unconscious person is now a crime.

Using a mobile device whilst driving is now illegal.

Reducing cow farts is now a legal requirement.

TENNESSEE

People who need the emergency service can now just dial 911.

Question: What were they dialling before?

TBI (Tennessee Bureau of Investigations) must report ALL law enforcement related deaths.

Question: If you don’t report a crime, doesn’t that make you an accomplice after the fact?

NEW HAMPSHIRE

Bestiality is no longer legal.

FLORIDA

I.D is now required when purchasing cough medicine.

MASSACHUSETTS

Uber and Lyft drivers are required to submit to background checks.

Okay, so most of the above doesn’t make sense and, as we all know, it is usually to hide something much more sinister.

Lamestream media are very keen to point out all of the above to you and how great that will make your lives, but how many of those outlets have actually gone to the trouble of looking at other laws signed by Barack Obama?

Let’s have a look at every single one of those and see if we can’t figure out what is going on, shall we? Boy, Obama was real busy in December. On December 8, he signed only 5 Bills, but then he must have found a pen that worked real well, because after that he was flying. Interesting to note, the Obama’s went on their annual Christmas Vacay on December 16, 2016, so who actually signed all the bills on that day and afterwards?:

This last one has us a bit concerned. Mostly because of this:

Obama’s Final Hawaiian Vacation as President

Golf Again
Friday, Dec. 23
After a little more than 4-hours, Obama wrapped another round of Golf this afternoon. Returning to play at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (Kaneohe). Playing with him are regulars Darrell Harrington, Bobby Titcomb, Greg Orme. And in his weekday habit made his way to the gym this morning before hitting the links.
Who signed that bill? Did Barack even read it? And of course that leads to the question, has he actually read any of the bills he is alleged to have signed? Don’t forget on the day he left for his hollibobs, right up to and including December 23, he signed no less than 51 important/non important bills. The total amount of pages included in these 50 bills is approximately 2000 pages. We don’t know about you but we tend to leave work behind when we are on holiday. We might read something exciting, but 2,000 pages of it? Man that would have to be the singular most exciting book in the whole world.
Have you noticed that not one of the above mentioned bills have been published in Lamestream media? Wonder why. Curiously though, none of the laws that ARE advertised in the mainstream, appear on the GovTrac website either. So who fed those laws to MSM?

What do you think? Is it possible to read that many pages and get them all signed on the same day you are leaving for your vacation? Does it really matter who signs the bills?
